Please review all our rooms prior to reserving as they do vary.  Children are included in Maximum.

Should any of our policies be ignored fees will be applied and unauthorized guest(s) will be

required to find alternative lodging.  No Refunds.

Summer/Fall: Check-in begins at 3 pm and Front Desk will be open till 9 pm

Winter/Spring:  Check-in begins at 3 pm and Front Desk will be open till 7 pm

or call ahead at 970-325-0500 and we will provide you with instructions.

Late Check-In's are very simple.

We will also do our best to accommodate you if you need an earlier check-in.
Check-Out is 10:30 a.m.

We cannot accommodate later check outs.

Continental Breakfast 

Hotel Ouray is limited on dining space and offers a simple start to the day.  

Continental Breakfast times are:

7 AM - 10 AM:  June 1st -September 30th

8 AM - 10 AM:  October 1st - May 31st

For breakfast we offer: 

English Muffins, Bagels, Cinnamon Bread, Oatmeal, Yogurt, Coffee, Orange Juice

A variety of Teas and Hot Cocoa are available 24/7

Our breakfast items may vary from time to time and are not guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE:  We have no commercial kitchen, and as such, are limited as to what we can serve.

We cannot prepare hot items of any kind or warm items up for you 

due to the county health code requirements.​​

If you are looking for something more elaborate please visit our 
local establishments as there are a variety to choose from.

Noise / Disturbances to Other Guests
 Please maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests particularly from 9 PM to 9 AM.  
Should we receive reports of excessive noise, or disturbances, a guest may be asked to leave.
Many of our guests turn in early; please be considerate when

entering and exiting the hotel in the evening. 



Final payment is due seven (7) days prior to check-in for all nights

reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.

NO REFUNDS - once Final Payment has been received.

The card on file will be automatically charged.   

Should the card be declined we will attempt to contact you by phone, e-mail and text.

 If we are unsuccessful, after 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.


We require a Non-Refundable Deposit of $30, per room,

when a guest makes a reservation.

Deposits will be deducted from your total balance due.

Sales Tax Rate - 12.95%

Should taxes be adjusted at beginning of calendar year

 reservations will be adjusted accordingly.

Shortened Stays or Cancellations

Please Read Carefully

As a small hotel, with limited rooms, it is extremely difficult to receive

last minute changes or cancellations for rooms reserved.  

We often turn potential guests away while holding a room for a guest.  

Any changes to a reservation must be made PRIOR to seven (7) days before check-in.  

Should you cancel, or shorten your stay WITHIN seven (7) days of arrival,

the guest is responsible for all nights reserved.  

NO REFUNDS - once Final Payment has been received.

We HIGHLY recommend Travel Insurance to protect your travel investment in case of sudden Medical Emergency, Family Crisis, Weather/Travel issues or Acts of God occur.

Hotel Ouray has 10 designated parking spaces on 6th Avenue in front of hotel.  

We have a 14 room hotel and so we are on a "first come first serve" basis.

​Limited to One Parking Space, per room, during high occupancy.

Upon your arrival you will be provided with a Parking Pass for your dashboard.

Please NOTE:  We cannot guarantee a parking space will be available upon checking in.  

However, you are free to park most anywhere within a few steps of our doors on the city streets.


This property is privately owned and management reserves right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, or injury, to guests or for

loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
